One of my favorite sounds is the rustle of a balmy breeze through palm fronds. It reminds me of my favorite places-- Hawai'i, the Caribbean, even my current home in Florida. It makes me feel that the ocean is near, that the sky is calm, and that life is good. When I painted the original gouache artwork, I left loose brush strokes in calming colors, which are a nice touch in this high-quality archival print.
