Prints:
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase but must be returned in same condition as they were received. The amount paid by the customer will be returned minus shipping costs and a 10% handling fee.
Originals:
Cannot be returned unless there has been considerable damage in the mail. (This is to prevent copyright infringement.) I promise I do my best to represent the artwork as accurately as I possibly can. All reproduction rights are obtained and held by the artist, so please don't reproduce my work.
Custom items:
Handled on a case by case basis, depending on which step in the process has been completed. During the process, I'll email a small image of the work for approval and allow for revisions. In the event that a buyer decides to cancel, an amount will be refunded depended on how much of the work has already been completed. If the buyer changes their mind after the final is sent, the fee is non-refundable (this has never happened!) I take many steps to ensure the item is as close to your vision as possible. I want you to love your custom artwork!
I do my best to accurately list each work with sufficient details to ensure that buyers understand what they are purchasing. Items are sent out in excellent condition, and with protective packaging to make sure that the original artwork arrives in the same condition. If you have any complaints or concerns, please contact me immediately.
Payment does not include copyright and reproduction rights which are retained in full by the artist (me) unless my permission is specified in writing. All taxes are included in prices listed.
